Hello, I’m Jessica.
Taking the step to begin therapy requires courage, and I’m glad you’re here. Whether you are navigating life changes, managing mental health challenges, or seeking support for substance use, my goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
My Approach
I believe in an integrated, holistic approach to care. Mental health and substance use rarely exist in isolation. Often, feelings of anxiety, depression, or stress are closely tied to coping strategies and daily habits. By looking at the complete picture of your life, we can work together to address root causes, build effective tools, and foster lasting healing.
My practice is grounded in meeting you exactly where you are, honoring your unique experiences, and collaborating with you to achieve meaningful growth.
